COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Casi Rusco 430091009 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cleveland-Kidder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cole-Palmer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cleveland-Kidder such as the C8112140311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80700045 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 735653 by Manufacturer Cole-Palmer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand DM810082501361RH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Caterpillar such as 9120020MSIPQ2942 equipment made by Caterpillar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Caterpillar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Caterpillar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H5602401211 made by Danaher as well as the popular S90ML5C01PP original spares produced by Datasensor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LGFCT400 by Cutler-Hammer and 9120020MSIPQ2942 spares by Caterpillar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MN32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cube. |
